The location is ideal, just a short walk from Milano Central Station. Service from the staff was really good, particularly during breakfast, where the warm atmosphere made mornings special. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, but the dining options left something to be desired due to inconsistent food quality. Breakfast offered a great spread, but some prices felt high for what was served.

It was fairly clean, breakfast was above average. Fine food and updated room - had a pleasant stay. The staff was lovely friendly and gentle and provided great services. The location couldn't be more absolutely perfect near the central train station. Pizzeria Norin Caffe Bistro located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

The spacious suite with stunning views and the thoughtful birthday surprise for my daughter. The atmosphere in the bar was lively and enjoyable. Truly a nice experience!

I stayed in updated and extremely spacious room with air conditioning, stylish decor, for example as expected. The in-house restaurant was very welcoming, EXCEPTIONAL service.

Room had a comfy bed and modern amenities like a tv, minibar, and coffee machine. Clean bathrooms stocked with free toiletries. Loved the fitness center for a good workout. Breakfast included a large buffet with fresh pastries and excellent coffee. Quick access to the metro made getting around super easy.

They had a very nice buffet breakfast and the hotel staff were accommodating and helpful.

The room didn't seem real clean, especially on the carpet. There were tiny bits and silivers of glass from another stay and my associate and I both got cuts on our feet. When I told management they came and thoroughly vacuumed, but I wish they would have done it before we stayed. My friend had a really bad cut that bled quite a bit and they didn't offer any type of compensation or at least a discount on the room
